The total or partial reproduction of the Site and/or the Contents is prohibited without the prior express consent of the Publisher. This constitutes an act of counterfeiting. The user is only authorized to display the pages of the Site on their screen and to reproduce the Contents of the Site on a temporary basis solely for the purpose of consulting the Site.

Protection of personal data

Your personal data may be collected when you send a question via the contact form (surname, first name, email address). The communication of personal data in this context is voluntary.
It is collected and processed to provide you with the information you have requested and to answer your questions, on the basis of our legitimate interest in satisfying the requests addressed to us. Based on your consent, your personal data may be used for communication purposes for the distribution of newsletters and/or commercial solicitation.

– Confidentiality of your personal data
Only the PUBLISHER and external technical service providers involved in the provision of services (website developer, host, etc.) have access to personal data, except in the context of a request from a competent authority (e.g. the CNIL), a law or regulatory provision in force, or a court order, or if such disclosure is necessary in the context of an investigation or procedure.

Data relating to prospects, collected via the contact form, is retained for a period of three (3) years from the last incoming contact with the PUBLISHER.
